Candy is an incentive for engagement for our children. We use candy when we play games, when we visit children at their homes, and when we visit them at school. Whether it’s for winning a game, memorizing a powerpoint… or just being an awesome kid – ThePCKC RUNS on candy!

- We distribute 50-60 or so of these each semester
- Prizes for most engaged boy and girl on a bus
- Prize for best attendance, etc.

That is our goal, this summer! At the end of our Power In The Park summer program, in Detroit, we want to provide every child with a backpack, getting them READY for the up coming school year!
