After 30 years, we remain a nearly all-volunteer organization. Our open-handed supporters continue to amaze us with their love and enthusiasm. We’re grateful for everyone who rolls up their sleeves at Power Company and gives back to their communities in meaningful ways.
WHAT’S OUR BEST ASSET?
That’s easy — our people. Day in and day out, dedicated donors and volunteers continue to be our biggest blessing. They understand how poverty affects children disproportionately and harshly. And they’ve faithfully given their time and treasure to make an eternal difference.
We love training up youth from within the PCKC program to come on paid staff. These “home grown” leaders inspire new generations of incoming children with their unique perspective and kid-friendly authenticity.
Utilizing volunteers and hiring from within. Two ways we’re being good stewards with the financial and human resources God’s given us!
